01 Introduction

eh88 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

05 Terms of Use

9. Allowing a minor (under 18, or the applicable minimum age) to access your Account.
10. Any other conduct that eh88, in its reasonable discretion, considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its users.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the eh88 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of eh88 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Platform without express written permission from eh88.
• Use eh88 trademarks, trade names or logos without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

• eh88 decides, in its sole discretion, to discontinue offering services to users in a particular jurisdiction.

Upon termination, any real-money balance held in a verified, non-restricted Account will be returned via the user's original deposit method, less any amounts subject to a fraud investigation or legal hold. Bonus balances and any winnings derived exclusively from bonus funds may be forfeited upon termination for breach of these Terms.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support at the address listed in Section 15. Account closure does not relieve you of any outstanding obligations under these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which eh88 is incorporated and licensed, as specified in the applicable operator licensing documentation. Where a specific governing law jurisdiction is not stated in the applicable operator's terms, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

eh88 makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate, lawful or available for use in every jurisdiction. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan or any other location do so on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.

Nothing in these Terms creates or implies a legal gaming contract between eh88 and the user in any jurisdiction where such a contract would be unlawful.

14 Amendments to These Terms
